3AM seeks to empower God's people in an unfair world.  We deliberately try to improve the lives of everyone.  Whether it is equipping women with seamstress training and gifting them a new sewing machine upon graduating or training men to weld effectively, 3AM is helping communities around the world. However, what many are unaware is that none of our board of directors gets paid to manage such an awesome organization.  All donations go to our operations, projects and missions.  Now, this is a transparent ministry that you can safely partner with to see that the work gets done.  Souls are being won to Jesus because we follow the God given promise to have productive evangelism..."Christ’s method alone will give true success in reaching the people. The Saviour mingled with men as one who desired their good. He showed His sympathy for them, ministered to their needs, and won their confidence.
