3AM is an independent, non-profit ministry that models the New Testament.
In the New Testament, "tent making" was the principle source of income for God's people as an occupation not a spiritualized, re-interpretative version of a tithing system from the Old Testament.
The Baby-Sitting model portrayed in most mainline Christian churches is not the tent-making New Testament Biblical model where each believer is empowered to be effective for the Lord wherever they are in life.
Because our angels are tent makers so to speak and no one gets paid to fulfill the Lord's calling on their life, donation funds are freed to be used in the ministry with very limited overhead.
In addition to that, those who are called by the Lord will share the Everlasting Gospel whether they are paid or not because their love for Christ compels them. This is their vocation and avocation.
This shifts the work back to those who are called and not to those just looking for a paycheck, a career or a corporate ladder power trip.
The Saviour ignores both rank and caste, worldly honor and riches. It is character and devotedness of purpose that are of high value with Him. He does not take sides with the strong and worldly favored. He, the Son of the living God, stoops to uplift the fallen. By pledges and words of assurance He seeks to win to Himself the lost, perishing soul. Angels of God are watching to see who of His followers will exercise tender pity and sympathy. They are watching to see who of God’s people will manifest the love of Jesus. - 6T 268.1

多年后，当我询问那些负责宣讲三位天使信息的人时，我发现人们根本不知道这些信息是什么。我祈求主赐予我一种简单易懂的解释方法，祂回应了我，赐予我“三C”：创造者（Creator）、赝品（Counterfeit）和选择（Choice）。这概括了这三位天使的信息。第一位天使说：“当敬拜那创造天、地、海和众水泉源的。”这完全关乎我们的创造者。此外，你会发现圣经教导我们，耶稣基督就是这位创造者，祂的印记就是祂的七日安息日，这里几乎是逐字引用自出埃及记20:11。第二位天使说：“巴比伦倾倒了……”巴比伦倾向于错误地曲解圣经，甚至强迫人们敬拜偶像（但以理书3章/启示录13章）。这无疑是赝品。最后，第三位天使以“如果”这个词开始了他的信息。这代表着一种选择！你真的要选择敬拜谁。你可以选择那些看似基督教的伪神，也可以选择造物主真正的教诲。这是你自己的决定。至于我和我的家人，我们选择耶和华。

我们与其他事工的不同之处在于我们对救赎的理解。其他人认为，他们的行为与恩典相辅相成，使他们有资格进入天堂；而我们相信圣经关于上帝奇妙恩典的教导——恩典是白白赐予的，它涵盖了我们所有的罪，它改变了我们，并且人人都能得到。我们无需为自己是否得救而焦虑不安……我们的救恩在于耶稣基督。这带来安息！此外，我们对末世论/末日事件的独特理解也极为罕见。有多少摩托车手能向你解释兽印究竟是什么，以及如何避免它呢？
